Boot worksation into safe-mode with networking
Download Rkill at: download
This will terminate an open VNC session
a. Run rkill.exe
b. Exit rkill.exe screen
c. Delete Rkill.exe and Rkill folder
Download SUPERAntiSpyware at: http://www.superantispyware.com/sasportablehome.php
a. Uncheck Include Google Chrome along with SUPERAntiSpyware for improved security & Make Google Chrome my default browser
b. Run Express Install
c. Decline Professional Trial
d. Select Complete Scan
e. Scan all Hard Drives
f. Select High Boost
g. Click Start Complete Scan
h. Delete all items found
i. Uninstall Super Anti-Spyware
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware at: http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download-exe.php
a. Run install, deselect Enable free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO
b. Select Perform full scan
c. Select all local HD's
d. Click Scan
e. Remove all threats
f. Uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
Download ESET Online Virus Scan at: http://download.eset.com/special/eos/esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe
a. Run Install
b. Click Start
c. Click the checkbox for Uninstall application on close
d. Click finish
Download HitmanPro at: http://dl.surfright.nl/HitmanPro.exe for 32bit or http://dl.surfright.nl/HitmanPro_x64.exe for 64bit
a. Click Next until the scan starts
b. You will have to manually delete anything suspicious that comes up
c. Close and delete the .exe you downloaded
